Frankfurt Airport City

This past Thursday, we had to take our 11th grade son to the Frankfurt Airport for his flight to Johannisburg.

On the way from the Parkhaus to Terminal 2, we encountered these signs many times.

The Squaire at Frankfurt Airport City

At first glance, the i in Squaire looked like a misspelling. But then I noticed the term New Work City, also a play on words, I’d suppose.

The airport is dotted all over with these signs making it a real linguistic eyesore. But I am sure we all will get used to it.

Visit The Squaire website for more information.

This would move me from Capricorn to Sagittarius, but only if I believed in it. On most days, I don’t.
