The Brain: Learning and Applications Conference

For the first time ever, Frankfurt International School (F.I.S.) will be host to

The Brain: Learning and Applications Conference

Quoted from their website:

“The aim of the conference is to provide an opportunity for educators to learn about the latest in neuroscience research that will help children learn to their maximum capacity. How the brain functions and factors that impact student learning will be examined and explained.

Presenters at the conference will provide information and practical strategies and applications, based on research, which can be used in the classroom to enhance student learning. This two-day conference will include group discussion, useful classroom applications and collaboration with researchers, neuro scientists and educators.”

My husband attended a similar conference in San Francisco in 2007 and felt that it was well worth the trip.

The Brain: Learning and Applications Conference at F.I.S.

Teachers from all over the world are invited to attend. (So far the furthest registration for this seminar has come from Japan.)
